Project Overview

A seven-story residential development designed for 10 families on a compact 30m x 30m (100ft x 100ft) plot. The project combines private living spaces with communal rooftop amenities, efficient parking solutions, and landscaped green buffers — all optimized for urban density and cultural lifestyle needs.

Site & Access

  • Plot Size: 900 sqm (30m x 30m)

  • Setbacks: 2m landscaped buffer on all sides

  • Circulation:

    • Two staircases: front stairs (residents/guests) and rear stairs (staff, services, waste).

    • Elevators: Two 6-person lifts or one 14-person lift for larger loads.

  • Guardhouse: 270° visibility, with space for two desks and small delivery vehicles.

Parking

  • Ground Level: 6 outdoor visitor/maintenance spaces.

  • Basement (half-buried):

    • 12 sheltered spaces, expandable to 24 with stacking system.

    • Dedicated toilets for service and maintenance staff.

    • Ramps for vehicles and accessibility.

Residential Units (Floors 1–5)

  • 10 Apartments | 4 Bedrooms Each

    • All bedrooms en-suite.

    • Master suite with walk-in closet.

    • Separate servant’s quarters with independent access.
